Eight weeks ago I special ordered a Pella slider from Lowes. I was informed that it would take 2 1/2 weeks.

Six weeks later the door arrived at the store, with a dent and scratches. my option was a new door and another six weeks or they could touch this one up. I chose the touch up and although not perfect, it was acceptable. The installer came and noticed missing parts 4 screws.

The screws were ordered on May 31, from Pella. On June 12 and they have yet to be delivered. I have a Pella slider in my garage in several pieces still waiting for 4 screws.

Calls to Pella have done nothing, calls to Lowe's are frustrating, helpful, but claim the parts are still in transit. Help!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
