We built a beautiful new house and thought we were "upgrading" to Pella windows, what a mistake!
Screens came in warped and were replaced (took quite a while!) The replacement screens have cheap white plastic squares on all four corners of each screen which looks terrible. There is also a gap between the window frame and screen frame which Pella considers "normal" and you need that gap to install; however, it is a big gap. They look awful and bugs get into the house.
The door wall handles are big and bulky. Shades have to go over the handle and it also looks terrible.
The first windy day, we noticed air coming through the windows (they were shut) while Pella claims they are high efficiency windows.
Product or Service Mentioned: Pella Window.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $10000.
Preferred solution: Replace all of the screens properly and without the cheap plastic squares on every corner. Replace door wall handles with sleeker model so shades can close properly.
