Pella - Awful
Windows sashes rotten after about 4 years causing collateral damage as well. Product quality was poor from the beginning with finger and hand prints between panes of glass.
They had excuses for each failed window; one cause was that the sash hadn't been painted, the other was that it was under unduly harsh conditions (on a lake), another excuse was that it was installed incorrectly. When they couldn't find an excuse for a failure, they shruged. Customer service is ambivalent at best with long wait times for service and frequently not responsive to left messages.
To add insult to injury they demanded payment to come out to measure the rotten windows, which was an additional charge to the cost of the replacement windows. The only reason I replaced them, yet again with Pella is that the paint color of the cladding which couldn't be matched by other manufacturers.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
