I have a Pella sunroom. Three of the 5 skylight windows are leaking. The wood is ruined. I've spent countless days trying to stop the leaks with so success. This is the worst company in the world. I purchased the vinyl double hung replacement windows 13 of them to be exact. They leak air in between the sashes and get moisture on the window panes whenever it's cold. I called customer services and after 2 calls someone came to the house to look at them. Pella either teaches their service guys how to screw the customer over or maybe they just need to go to classes on how to have good customer service and fix the problem. That guy came up... I tried from July 2016 until October 2016 to get a representative to come out to my house, which by the way has over 20 Pella Windows already, to give me a price on two windows. I took off work to be there when the representative came out. He was a no show and a no call. This is now November and I have not seen a rep yet. I would think twice about hiring a company that doesn't pay the help. It could open you the homeowner up to having a lien filed against your property. I'm in the process of recovering money from this business right now. The rep continues to make one excuse after another regarding final payment. My entry door would not lock. I live in a volatile neighborhood, am 80 years old, and needed this attended to in a timely fashion before an incident occurred. Purchased patio door from Lowe's. Went with this product on recommendation by contractor. *** move. Issue one. Door arrived with passive latch system broken. Lowes wouldn't touch it. Local service rep wouldn't touch it. Issue two. Active side leaks like crazy every time it rains. Did not discover issue until removing carpet. Next day had water running across floor. Issue three. Windows will not lock after only 8 years and much money pella want 150 $ to come out for their problem what a rip off

I purchased Pella windows about 10 years ago. One of the wood windows rotted out after about 4 years. It must have been a bad seal. After finding out about it I attempted to contact Pella but all I got was someone telling me to fill out an order form with various company numbers on it which of course I didn't have. A little over a decade ago I had several Pella windows installed and upon putting on a new roof this summer, I noticed that one was loose in its frame (it is over 8 feet by 6 feet).
